"*Updated (19Nov25) A week after the visit, I got a follow up call asking how am I doing ? Did my problem got cleared? I have not seen any clinic doing such a positive follow-up. Yes, the first time I applied cream n drops, my pain and burning sensation vanished away.ImHappy... Had visited Dr.Richa's eye clinic on 11NOV2025. I had left eye burning sensation and pain under eye. Number and appointment given in their page is honestly valid. They really called back as soon as they opened clinic in the evening n confirmed my online booking. They received my call in minimum ring. * Firstly,the clinic is well maintained- clean, organized, seating area arrangements,reception and all the necessary equipment for eye test, vision test, separate section for opticals, frames are also there. * Secondly, The receptionist was polite and addressed us well. He took necessary details and asked our concern and responded calmly. * Next, we met Dr.Richa Sharma, ophthalmologist (specialized in eye and vision care, with expertise in medical and surgical eye problems). A calm and polite doctor who patiently listened to what my problem was. She made me comfortable and did all the necessary test. Explained well what had happened and gave the necessary medicine also. A doctor who is also a good n calm listener is found very rarely nowadays. I really appreciate her soft spoken nature. unlike others I have seen, she did not hesitate to touch my eyes and see where the pain is. ofcourse she took proper care like sanitizing her hands before and after touching my eyes. I'm really happy with the way I was taken care. *charges/fee - 500rs for consultation, no separate doctor fee, medicine/cream/drops fee is charged as per the price. This 500 is valid for 15days excluding sunday for re-visit. *There is no eye clinic or hospital near our area (Bidarahalli). So from my home it is around 15 min drive. I'm sure that Dr.Richa will definitely become more successful in this area as there are many opticals who says they will also do eye checkup but zero eye specialist clinic nearby.."
